Kiss-Up / Kick-Down(KU/KD) Leader [ Kucha-Gammo Style]

Have you not come across such person in work life?
She’s charming, talks too well; colleagues’ hearts won;
Colleagues adored her, she knows how to wield;
Sans juniors, she is liked by each and everyone
She’ll go out of way to praise one, her liking revealed
compliment her peers for work, through words healed
bosses liked her contribution in work life.

Juniors were mistreated by her for small issues
Right information she used to hold, shared to none
blame for incompetence, her harsh words heart breaks
She’s charming, talks too well; colleagues loved to work;
Her temper fickle, juniors fear her for their mistakes
true feelings juniors suppressed, hide their aches;
juniors afraid to face her even for small issues.

Juniors want to avoid her to talk on suggestions
colleagues liked her behavior, she knows how to exert.
In management jargon she’s known as KU/ KD leader.
This type of leader is middle-level employee
very polite, read the boss’s mind like a mind-reader!
but strict to juniors, to find faults always eager
Bosses liked her ever ready talk on suggestions.

Sadly, Kiss-Up / Kick-Down(KU/KD) persons may outdone,
spread her influence but suffer in the long run;
for not getting heartfelt support from junior workers
because juniors simply follow the stated orders.

Silence, Aleme decastich

Outside, branches tap, tap, tap,
nature is having a nap,
rain drops sing on glass windows
lonely, lonely musical tune.
Awaken, sense of adventure stirs among
sleepy leaves.
Not a bad thing at all to peep at harvest moon.
Owls hoot from leafy gloom as the night
creeps, deeper, deeper,
almost touching dawn on the face,
where birds and phantasy takes flight
while hours and seconds continue their race.

Joseph Spence Rhyme Scheme poetry

Joseph Spence Rhyme Scheme poetry is 16 line poetry mostly to convey spiritual messages, to praise God, and to tell the righteousness of Jesus Christ through verses. The style name is given for the Humanity service of Doctor, Professor, Ambassador Joseph Spence Sr. , a USA citizen and a former USA military Officer , for his valuable consideration of lifting up my morals. His words and motivational certificates taught me that not to give up unto my end of the mortal life by giving a hope of eternal joy with my dear Almighty Jesus Christ. Good men deserve good things; so I have only a treasury of name assignment so I give this style name to His Excellency Joseph Spence Sr.

Allow Engaging Hearts To Make A Vow (BlankVerseRhyme),Gretchen Meisner, USA

Hear the whisper of the wind time is near
Go grab your coat and hat out to the snow
Greet the chill air with matching crunch of feet
Wrath of trees shedding ice along the path
There the old streetlights blink with not a care
Talk with each other on a nightly walk
Arm-in-arm he stops her to exude charm
You do know, my love is forever true
He shows her the ring, bending to one knee
Smiling crystalline tears she sheds for miles
Life in this cold world, warmed beside a wife
One long journey together has begun

MathLab-Stanza

It has thought that poetry’s aims are many beyond revealing the poet’s inner sense and though out of their knowledge and experience. Further from the above motivations, poetry is a means of transferring relevant knowledge to readers and method of seeking joy with searching for intelligence and thinking ability.
Mathlab stanza is a better poetic mechanism of making readers to be researchers by providing some variables in imagery words and strophes further to let them find some scalar or vector quantity at the end line of each stanza. This style of poetry can help students to be entertained by making verses after their learning and studying classes that could help them the formula, theorem …etc; to remain lingered in their mind.

Rules of Mathlab Stanza Poetry

1) Each stanza has 7 lines
2) The poet or poetess should start his verse making with imagery words which would help to relate life, nature, beauty, truth,….or anything or body of knowledge with words those can help to create variables; Variables in this style are any scalar or vector quantities. For Example: variables in the next stanza are power ,energy, area ( we have counted three variables but we can have more than or lower than these) ;

The strength of our marriage
Has maintained the departure’s bridge
Labeled our power of faith
Boosted our energy of trust
Gutted hate out of our area of heart
Made both she and I jubilantly to indulge
This is intensity, the strength between us in depth

3) The sum, multiplication, division, subtraction or the combination of these in a known formula or newly created formula of the poet should give the resultant scalar or vector quantity at the end of each stanza generally as the imagination of the poet.
For example the imagination of the poet in this poem 1st stanza’s ending line was the vector quantity “Intensity”. All the variables (Power, energy, and area) would give the intensity as he pondered from his prior knowledge of physics; because he knew that Intensity =power over area.

4- Rhyme scheme is aabcdab

5- The 6th line of each stanza begins with the result which has imagined as the measurable quantity ( This is Intensity , in the above poem) followed after demonstrative pronoun + part of the verb to be (Is, was, were…) … plus the beginning Subject or noun of the 1st line as a Refrain or anaphora plus the final strophe of the stanza.
This is intensity, the strength between us in depth
This (Demonstrative pronoun) + is (verb to be) +Intensity (the resultant quantity) +the strength (the noun/subject of line 1) + between us in depth (the final strophe of the stanza)

6- Metering below 15 syllables per line is better but not mandatory

Aleme Stanza

Aleme Stanza is a nine line stanza or nonet and the 18th poetry style invention of Alemseged Sisay, which starts with the poet’s generalization of some observation for some imagined truth of his/her own perspective. Eventually the poet shows how his beginning generalization whether it is true or false or satisfied/not satisfied,….based on his idea or observation, or tested facts.

Rule:
1- Rhyme Scheme is “aabcdbeec”
2- The 7th line repeats the 1st line’s 1st strophe as a refrain of its beginning
3- No metering has needed but good below 14 syllables
4- No stanza limit

FreeVerseRhyme Poem

Characteristics or Rules of FreeVerseRhyme Poem

FreeVerseRhyme Poetry is a development of Freeverse poetry to give it a sense of rhyme thought be me. Now, considered as invented by me.

2- But each line should have two words that must rhyme at the beginning and at the end of each line
3- No metering is needed
4- The poet has every right to decide how many lines to be needed in his stanzas.

Hypo-test stanza

Hypo-test stanza is a ten line stanza, a combination of hypotheses and testing words which is constructed by a 10 by 10 method of poetry. A ten by ten method of poetry is ten lines of 10 syllables lines forming a stanza of poetry.
Hypo-test stanza is an awesome method of poetry to develop a skill of hypotheses testing by creating null, simple, complex, directional or any kind of hypotheses then proving its validity by raising a poetic research question that leads the poets on conclusion to give a recommendation based on the data, life’s evidence, observation, or hullabaloo of grapevine he/she heard from the community.

Rules of Hypo-test poetry
1- It’s a ten line stanza poetry
2- Each lines should have 10 syllables

Saba told me that as she lured by my gesticulation
But Janet judged me differently raising the quest how
Advising that my beauty might be found in my performance”
